PLEAS report Annexe 1. LSRC research report
On behalf of the PLEAS Task Force the Legal Services Research Centre (LSRC) has studied the influence of legal knowledge on how well legal problems are dealt with, and how satisfied with outcomes people were as a result. This original research, published as an Annexe to the PLEAS report, shows a strong associaton between better PLE and good results in problem-solving. This research is one part of the LSRC's ongoing Civil and Social Justice Survey, and there will be further findings on the value of PLE as time goes on.
